01
The problem

Money is needed when it's needed —
not on the bank's schedule

Saving is hard

Discipline breaks down when you're alone: there's always something to spend the "set-aside" money on. Savings accounts pay little and lock your money up on someone else's terms.

Borrowing is expensive

Credit cards and payday loans charge tens of percent. Banks demand history, paperwork and time — or simply say "no".

Half the world is outside the system

Billions of people have no access to proper banking at all — and for centuries have solved it themselves, through circles of trust.

An old solution with old risks

Offline savings clubs work, but they hinge on the organizer: opaque, with no protection against defaults, and a human single point of failure.

02
A solution proven over centuries

ROSCA: the circle chips in —
each round, one member takes the pool

🔁
Rotation
10 rounds —
everyone gets a turn

Whoever needs money sooner gets a large sum early in the cycle. Whoever is willing to wait earns the discounts of those in a hurry. Payouts always equal contributions: the math is closed inside the circle.

This is not yield out of thin air. A ROSCA redistributes time, it doesn't print money — which is why the model has lived for 600 years and doesn't depend on an inflow of new members.
03
Product

Three circle types — for three temperaments

🔨 Auction

The round's pool goes to whoever offers the biggest discount. The discount is distributed among the patient members. For those who know how to count their advantage.

🎰 Lottery

The round's winner is chosen at random. Part of the pool goes to the winner immediately, part accumulates in the jackpot and loyalty bonuses. For those who enjoy the thrill without losing their stake.

🔒 Safe

A fixed queue with no bidding. A predictable payout date, calm savings discipline. The ideal first circle.

04
Economics

Where the money comes from and where the fees go

Member payouts always come from their own circle's contributions. The platform earns a transparent fee, stated on the circle card.

Treasury

Operations, development, platform security.

Insurance pool

Covers a member's missed contribution — the circle doesn't suffer, and the member repays the debt out of their future inflows.

Partner payouts

Rewards for those who bring in members — paid from the platform fee, not from circle pools.

The key principle: circle money and platform money are kept separate. The fee never touches a round's pool beyond what's shown on the card.
05
Trust and protection

Discipline is built into the rules

06
Partner program

Earn as the community grows

Two levels of rewards for referred members — paid from the platform fee, without touching circle money.

L1 — your invitees

A percentage of the contributions of every member who joined through your link — automatically, for each of their circles.

L2 — their invitees

A smaller percentage of second-level contributions. Two levels are enough: there are deliberately no deep "matrices" here.

Where we are now

The beta is live. We're inviting the first members

Working today
  • Circles: Auction, Lottery, Safe — full cycle in production

  • Insurance pool and ROSCA score
  • L1/L2 partner program
  • 9 interface languages, PWA, Telegram sign-in and notifications

An honest beta: limits on amounts, manual review of money operations, and gradual scaling. We grow trust the same way a circle grows — round by round.
ROSCASH is a service that organizes savings circles. Not a bank, not a deposit account, not a lending institution, and not an investment product. Participation involves a commitment to a contribution schedule: review a circle's terms before joining. roscash.org · 2026
