Honest answers to the big questions

No marketing fog: how it works, where the money comes from, and what you're committing to.

01What is ROSCASH?

It's a digital version of a ROSCA — a rotating savings and credit association. The model is centuries old and is used today by roughly 2 billion people in 70+ countries: mutual-aid funds, tandas, hui, chit funds, informal savings clubs. A group of people regularly pays into a shared pool, and each round one member takes the entire pool. Over a full cycle, every member gets their turn.

ROSCASH brings this model into an app: contributions and payouts in the USDC stablecoin, a transparent queue and rules, with member discipline backed by deposits, an insurance pool, and a trust rating (ROSCA score).

02Where does the payout money come from?

Only from the contributions of your circle's members. Each circle is a closed group: the sum of all payouts equals the sum of all member contributions minus a transparent platform fee. No "yield out of thin air" and no dependence on an inflow of new users.

Honestly: a ROSCA doesn't create money — it redistributes time. Whoever needs money sooner shares part of their payout (the discount) with those willing to wait. The one in a hurry gets money earlier and cheaper than a payday loan; the patient one earns that discount.

03Why isn't this a pyramid scheme?

04What kinds of circles are there?

🔨 Auction

Each round's pool goes to whoever offers the biggest discount. The discount is distributed among the other members.

🎰 Lottery

The round's recipient is chosen at random. Part of the pool goes to the winner right away, part goes to the jackpot and loyalty bonuses for regular members.

🔒 Safe

A calm savings mode: a fixed queue with no bidding. Savings discipline with a predictable payout date.

The exact terms (contribution size, number of rounds, distribution, fees) are always shown on the specific circle's card before you tap "Join".

05Do I have to lock up all my capital at once?

Honestly: yes, in short circles — the entire schedule up front. When you join, your full contribution schedule is reserved. This protects every member: each round's pool is guaranteed, and nobody can "vanish" after collecting their payout. Longer circles run in pay-as-you-go mode: you contribute on schedule, and a missed payment is covered by the shared insurance pool.

Leaving a circle mid-cycle is not possible — that, too, is part of protecting the group. Join with an amount you're prepared to keep working for the full cycle.

06What happens if someone misses a contribution?

The platform's insurance pool automatically covers one missed contribution — interest-free. The member who missed becomes a debtor to the pool: the debt is repaid out of their next contributions, winnings, or bonuses, and their ROSCA score drops. A low rating cuts off access to softer terms in future circles.

07What is the security deposit?

A refundable deposit paid when you join a circle and returned after all rounds are complete. It's every member's "skin in the game": staying disciplined pays better than breaking the schedule.

08How do I top up my balance?

By transferring stablecoin to the platform's address: USDT (TON), USDC (Solana), USDT (Tron), USDT (EVM networks). The address and exact amount are shown in the deposit window. Funds are credited after the transaction is confirmed on-chain — usually a matter of minutes, and the status is visible in your transaction history. Inside the Telegram app deposits are available on the TON network only; the other networks are in the web version at roscash.org.

Watch the network: send the coin only on the network selected in the deposit window. A transfer to the "wrong place" (for example, USDC on Ethereum sent to a Solana address) cannot be recovered. Start with a small test amount — that's standard practice.

09How do I withdraw money?

You submit a withdrawal request from the in-app wallet to your own crypto address. Requests are reviewed and approved manually — an anti-fraud measure for the beta, and the request status is always visible in your history. You can withdraw your available balance; funds reserved for active circles and deposits are released when the cycle ends.

10What are the Safe and points?

The Safe is gamification: you earn points for activity (logging in, tasks, participating in circles). Points are not money: they convert into real bonuses only through the specific actions listed in the Safe's tasks. Your points balance shrinks if you're away for a long time — that's an incentive to check in regularly, not a hidden "expiring deposit".

11How does the partner program work?

Two levels: you earn a percentage of the contributions made by members you invited (L1) and a smaller percentage of the contributions of those they invited (L2). The percentages are visible in the partner dashboard, and accruals appear in the transaction log. This is a reward for referrals, not a source of circle payouts: circle math is fully separated from the partner program.

12Is this a bank? Is this a loan?

No. ROSCASH is not a bank, not a deposit account, and not a lending institution. It's a service that organizes savings circles: a contract between equal members with transparent rules. The platform is currently in beta — with limits on amounts and manual review of money operations. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.
