How the partner programme works
Your partners pay nothing
The commission comes out of the platform’s own fee, not out of anyone’s payout. A member you invited receives exactly what they would have received without you.
You earn on activity, not on wins
Your share accrues on every round your partner contributes to, in proportion to what they put in — not only when they take the pool.
One rate for everyone
The rates are set by the platform and are the same for every partner. Nobody can decide to take a bigger cut out of the people they invited.

Where the commission comes from
On an auction round the winner pays a discount to take the pool early. Most of it goes to the members who wait; the platform keeps 30%, and part of that is what pays partners.
The 70/30 split is a beta-period term. After beta it becomes 50/50: the platform’s half funds the partner network — country, regional and city representatives. Circles already running will not be affected.
Locked balance
Partner commissions accrue to a locked balance. To withdraw, you must take part in circles yourself. This drives turnover and prevents abuse.

Beyond the two levels there is a second track: one representative per country, running ROSCASH locally and keeping half of what the platform earns there.

That is one round of one circle. A circle runs ten of them, and a country runs many circles at once. We are not going to project an income for you — this is the unit; the volume is the part you build.

A country is not the entry ticket — it is what a representative grows into. Take your city, your district, your village. A community of a hundred people who already know each other is where a savings circle works best, and the smaller it is, the more of it rests on you. Level percentages are shares of the platform’s fee — the slice of the discount it keeps (30% during beta, 50% after) — not of the whole discount: the rest goes to the waiting members.

You work your region and bring in local representatives under you. Full share on what you build yourself, an override on what they build.

All the levels together never take more than half of the platform’s fee. It is one share of a territory being divided, not three shares stacked on each other — and that is the difference between a distribution agreement and a pyramid.

Territories are reviewed. A country is held by whoever is growing it. If they stop, the regions and the towns carry on and the country changes hands at the review date.
An ordinary partner receives 30% of the platform’s share of the discount. A country partner receives 50% — on every circle in their branch.
Members from your country are attributed to you, not only the ones who arrive through your link.
